Welcome to InkTranslator.com. By accessing or using our high-performance Neural Machine Translation API and related services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully before using our platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By making API calls, testing via our playground using the default FREE access key, or purchasing character quota packages, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

2. API Access & Usage Limits

InkTranslator.com provides neural machine translation endpoints supporting bi-directional translation across 39 core languages. To maintain service quality:

  • Free Tier (accessKey: FREE): Instant testing without registration. Limited to a maximum of 50 characters per request.
  • Paid Access Keys: Support up to 2,000 characters per single API request and a maximum concurrency of 5 concurrent requests per key.

3. Quota Purchase & Refund Policy

  • Pay-As-You-Go Quota: Character quota packages are purchased upfront and delivered automatically via email upon PayPal payment confirmation.
  • 365-Day Validity: Purchased character quotas are valid for 365 days (1 year) from the date of purchase. Any unused balance remaining after 365 days automatically expires.
  • No Refunds: Because InkTranslator.com provides a digital API service with instant quota delivery, all sales are final and strictly non-refundable.

4. Account & Registration

InkTranslator.com offers zero-friction API access. No account creation or personal profile registration is required. You are solely responsible for keeping your unique Access Key confidential.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the API for any unlawful purpose or to perform DDoS attacks against our service infrastructure.
